This time it is taking almost 2-3 weeks after 143(1) intimation. But in your case delay is too much.

Hope your bank account is pre-validated.
If not then pre-validate it immediately bcoz without that your refund will remain on hold by CPC

Please check the refund status by log into eFiling site. Link for refund status is appearing there.

1. Pre validation of bank account is necessary in order to get the refund.  

Pre valid your ban accout otherwise refund not credit in your account
