Please anyswer my query.
If Mr. A join a Co. in 2004 in which payment og gratuity act is not applicable.
From the year 2007 gratuity act become applicable on the Co.
& Mr. A leave the company in the year 2010.
Is Mr.A IS ELIGIBLE FOR GRATUITY.
He completed 5yr of service bt from date when act becomes applicable he completed only 3yr
PLEASE TELL ME WHEATHER HE IS ELIGIBLE OR NOT.
No Mr. A is not eligible for payment of Gratuity as the Act becomes applicable in 2007 and the employee has only worked for 4 years. The working duration is calculated after the Act becomes applicable.
you are 100% sure.......
I have confusion on this thing,means the yrs calculation.........
