PROBLEM IN PAN APPLICATION

The Aadhar card has already been linked to a PAN....

If the assessee has not applied for any PAN card, report the matter (offline) to jurisdictional ITO.

hello sir one of my cousin sister has applied for the PAN card but it showed "On verification with PAN database, it appears that PAN has already been issued against Aadhaar quoted in the application form. You are advise to submit application using PAN Change Request form quoting your PAN.

Tell her to download her pan card from e-filing 2.0 Go to Home page of incometax.gov.in there is an option of "Instant E-pan"  you can click on it then go to "Check status/Download Pan" then fill the rest of the details, you will get your e-pan.
