I WANT TO APPLY PAN CARD FOR MY CLIENT, BUT WHEN I AM APPLYING THE ERROR APPEARS "On verification with PAN database, it appears that PAN has already been issued against Aadhaar quoted in the application form. You are advise to submit application using PAN Change Request form quoting your PAN.
BUT HE HAS NEVER APPLIED FOR PAN CARD.
SO PLEASE GUIDE ME IN THIS MATTER

The Aadhar card has already been linked to a PAN....
If the assessee has not applied for any PAN card, report the matter (offline) to jurisdictional ITO.

Tell her to download her pan card from e-filing 2.0 Go to Home page of incometax.gov.in there is an option of "Instant E-pan" you can click on it then go to "Check status/Download Pan" then fill the rest of the details, you will get your e-pan.
