While filling return for Individual in new format , Format is putting to monthly payment format if last FY taxable services above Rs 50 lac
(a) Is there any notifaction regarding this for propertership concern monthly payment
(b) What will be status for transport company having turnover above Rs 50 lac , but liabilty fixed by transporter is of consignor
In the above case your duty liabilty have to discharge on or before 5th every month ( in the case of electronic payment i.e 6th ), under rule 6(1) of the Service Tax Rule w.e.f. 01.04.2011.
