i am in the process of applying for New GST registration, but getting the following error
PAN and Legal Name is not matching with CBDT database. Please submit PAN and Legal Name after validating with CBDT database
How can i slove this and sucessfully file my GST application.
Pan Name means just first name or full name, coz tried both but invain.
The same problem is for me. My name (J.JAIKUMAR) and pan card name matches. But in cbdt records it is as jayaraman jaikumar. what should i do? jayaraman is an expansion of my initial. Few days when we were asked to link adhar number with pan i did not face any problem
