i have a query on itc 04
our company is a mfg.of packaging material
we have sent four item paper,printing ink , solvents,plastic granuels to J/W by 4 diffrent challans in may and June
we have received back item which was generated printed paper poly coated in which 4 items was used from 4 diffrent challans kindly suggest how we will show it in goods received back from J/w coloum of itc04
secondly offline tool sheet not taking original challan date of June in Jul-SEP Qtr return sheet in which Qtr we received back material
same problem we facing in OCT-DEC QTR also stock which was balance on 30th Sep at J/W and we received back that matrial after jobwork in October 2017
kindly help me what to do still we have not file ITC -04 retun

I am in same position. I think it's an error in the ofline tool which needs to be rectified.

Due date is near if this problem occur continuously we are unable to complete our ITC-04
