I have to file Form 23AC and 23ACA first time after after incorporation of the company for the period ended on 31/03/2012. On MCA 21 website, both the forms get uploaded but thereafter error message is shown. Under the services tab, when prescrutiny link is clicked error message showing as under:
SRN must be of pattern [1 upper case alphabet followed by 8 digits]
I filled SRN Z99999999 in form 23AC. What is the reason and remedy for the above problem. Can any one help me?

Please let us know, you are asking with respect to SRN of Form 66 or Form 23B
I am talking about SRN for Form 23B.

You need to check whether auditor had filed e-form 23B for the said FY. It has become mandatory for an auditor to file e-form 23B. After filing e-form 23B the auditor should give the company SRN number.
The form will not accept if you mention Z99999999 in place of SRN no. in the given column for auditor. Hence u ensure that first e-form 23B is filed by the auditor and then update the SRN No.

Now it is Ok.
Download latest ForMS AND UPLOAD IT IS WORKING NOW.
I ALSO FACED SAME PROBLEM BEFORE 3 DAYS.
You are correct Mr. Idazar. I downloaded today the lated form and this type of problem not showing. Problem is resolved.
