im also preparing for the same and have the same problem as urs....wht i do is dat jst have a good grip on the format of  deed, indeminity bond, POA, and all this and learn some technical words....becoz the examiner is looking for the lang. u used and info u pass rather thn the length...and ths sec cover almoct 15 marks in comm. u can ckh past year ques. papers
