Clear browser cache/cookies or try in Incognito mode, preferably on Chrome. 2. Re-check that all uploaded documents (photo, signature, 10th/12th marksheets) are within the prescribed size and format (usually JPEG, under 100KB). 3. Avoid using mobile browser for form submission, use a laptop/desktop. 4. If payment was deducted but form shows unsubmitted, check 'Payment History' in your SSP login before retrying, don't pay twice. 5. If the issue persists, raise a ticket on the ICAI Self Service Portal (SSP) grievance section, or call ICAI's helpline 6. Keep screenshots of the error and payment confirmation as proof while raising the ticket. |
