Problem in addition of bank account

i couldn't add bank account even if all details are filled n no error is displayed what should i do

Is it for GST or income tax or any other purpose ?

Is it showing validated ?

Did you get any email ?
No not validated not even added to validate
Go to failed accounts
Not showing in failed accounts also
bank account is not added so no further process could be done
i am unable to add only
no error message + entered all mandatory details but still its not working
Make sure that you have entered all mandatory details and Mobile number , email are identical in both PAN and bank account

Nothing not even error message
+ mobile number is also linked with aadhaar
Either it has to validate or it should go to failed accounts or validation in process
We enter all details and then submit for validation thereafter not processing for validation or addition
no error message
nothing is happening
