Form no. 26Q is right for section 194I Rent.
i think there is any other problem other then Form type, you should contact your software provider.

Please select the section code 4IB, its for rent. Section 194I has been spilt into two sections 4IA and 4IB. For details of 4IA, please check out the below link.
