hi friends
for last few days i am trying to file annual returns like 20b, 23ac but the site is giving errors like download lattest form and try.. even when i downloaded fresh forms its giving same errors..
any way out?????????????

For the past some days MCA website was not working properly. This is causing difficulty to upload the files and filing returns and forms. So companies may have to pay additional fees on account of this technical problem. This is the pure mistake of MCA and TCS.
But as stakeholders, we got lot of recognition and benefit for our profession with the implementation of MCA21 project. Hence we cannot blame the entire project, but request MCA on behalf of the corporates to waive additional filing fees or extend the due dates.
Anyhow corporates have to pay penalty on delayed filings to MCA for no mistake by them
