hello peers
one query reg pvt Ltd company min requirement of 2 directors all the time.
one of my client one director retired on 30th Aug and appointed another director on 15th Sep, is there any non compliance on the same? pl suggest

There is indeed a non-compliance , the effect of which renders the existing members liability towarsa outsiders as unlimited.

please refer section 3A of the Act
