can anybody tel me that whether its neccessary to take principal's permission for giving CA Final attempt in Nov 2011 if my articleship is terminating in Feb 2012?????????

yes, ofcourse it is
first u have to take sign on examination form
and furthur u need a certifiate to sit in xams, certified that u had completed the minimum required articleship to sit in final xams
