i still have a doubt that in this case can i get 109 and register under another auditor, is there any provisions like that.....

this is called "transfer" which is not allowed by icai.

friend, im meaning that my principal is resigning from the firm, if he is not going for practice, what is the steps that i have to take to continue my articleship

oh i understand now...you shud specify this condition in your earlier posts.

in that  case if your CA is going to surrender his COP than it will be possible to take transfer and after that you have to search for another CA for your articleship or you can re-join your current firm under different partner
