Price calculation - vat query - VAT

We are sourcing our products in Tamil nadu and would like to sell to distributors in Mumbai, Delhi & other places.

Kindly help in with the following:-

1. While billing to distributor in other states, do I just need to add CST @ 2%.

2. Our office is in Tamil nadu and we will source our products locally. Do I need to pay VAT and other tax? What is the VAT rate on Pickles?

3. If my distributor will bill to retailer in his state, he will charge VAT. What is the VAT rate on Pickles in Mumbai & Delhi
