Price Band in Share Market

Price Band in share market related to issue of shares through book building process. In this process company invites investors to fill the price and quantity of shares which they want to buy between two given prices one is floor price which is lowest and other is cap price the difference between both CAP and FLOOR is called Price Band 

CAP is the highest Price.
