Previous employer no longer exist. How to close PF account a

Hi,

The company for which I worked has been closed on 2008 and it no longer exists. I have PF account created while i was working in that company and PF was deduced properly every month while i worked there. How can I close my PF account and withdraw my PF amount.

Go to PF office with detail of pf a/c no. or date of joining or date of living and fill form no. 10c or from 19.
