I m govt. servant. now I received arrear from 2006 to 2018. how can I avail benifit of tax rebate on this amount.

You need to calculate the extra tax charged because of salary arrears. Then calculate tax on earlier years' incomes treating salary arrears as income of the respective years.

This is a detailed calculation, you need to consult a CA or tax practitioner who will help you filing form 10E also for tax relief.
