Prevalidate bank account

One of my client have 2 bank account which were added successfully while filing return and one of them is marked for refund. Now when we are trying to prevalidate the bank account which we have marked for refund we are getting some error. So can we prevalidate the other bank account and the refund will be received in that account.

Quick Summary
If you've added two bank accounts for your tax return and one is marked for a refund, the refund will only go to that specific account. If that account isn't prevalidated, your refund might be unprocessed. You can then request a refund reprocess to your second, prevalidated account. It's best to prevalidate the original refund account to ensure timely payment.

If you have 2 bank account which were added successfully while filing return and one of them is marked for refund, than refund will be processe in that account only, if that account is not prevalidated, than refund get unprocesseed, and you will get "refund process fail" message or mail...than you can file refund reprocess request with second prevalidated account and get refund in that.
So, it's better to prevalidated same account to get refund earlier.
Thank you
