A person working as Technician in a company can avail presumptive taxation scheme?
he is receiving fees under section 194J.

he is not an consultant to the company directly, he teaches how one has to handle the company's products to company's client..
is he a permanent employee to the company?
No...He is not a permanent employee of that company..
yes you can file under presumptive income
