But the tax payer is eligible to take presumptive Taxation scheme after due date with penalty ....
Yes... Taxpayers can file ITR for AY 18-19 Upto 31st March 2019 .
If file from 1st August then sec 234F is levied as per his income.

Person opting for presumptive Taxation having turnover less than 2 cr has to go for tax audit u/s 44ab ??
If eligible business and he will show profit as per sec then no need Tax Audit...
