President Elections

Hi will there be any change in the new restrictions placed by the institute on Taking transfer of articles<<<<as and when a new president is appointed........"Kind request to the candidates for the election.....Please make rules to enhance the quality of education and in the subject and the way exams are being conducted.......I dont find any thing being innovative with the kind of restrictions being on transfer that can make our course a way ahead.........Take our country's prestigeous exams like Civil services and CAT they concentrate more on how the study pattern is being designed but not in the way that may set back a student's confidence....We people owing to these rules are caught in the hands of Boss(not teachers/principal) who comment on our weakness, reduce our confidence and we with frustrated mind set return to home and dont even find it better to read a page for the words being spelt by the bosses.......Please kindly take a note on our career and make rules which will curb effectively the dummy articles and not by those which makes us dance to the tunes of bosses who make us deprive of learning and keep reduing our confidence........Kindly do the needful to place the old rules back as they were a real student friendly one's.Please take a serious note on this issue.........
