Presentation of ans

for answering questions in law and audit u should follow this hirarcy.

First of all mentioned related provisions of the law and provisions.

then describe the situation given in question , what is the problem

then give your opinion that given situation is correct or not. 

Is it OK to leave a line between points when I m writing my answers in points. My handwriting is not good. 

I finish sub part of the questions with main part.

Can I start sub parts of the questions from new page if  only 3-4 lines are left on page after writing answers.

One more thing question no should be written on top of the answer or within a margin?

Yes u can. there is no prbolem in that. u Can change the page if only 3-4 lines are left on the page.

when u are writing the ans generally change the line from where you chnage points or when you write your opinion..for example when u write provision of the act in starting write in same flow. when u describe situation of question. chnage the line. and ultimately when u write your opinion chnage in line.

it is not required and not professionally right to chnage lines everytime.
