I am filing form 1, Form 32, Form 18 but I am unable to prescrutinise the forms. The prescrutiny Tab is not working for these forms while other forms of ROC easily prescrutinise.What is the problem?

The same happened with me today. Just click on the prescruitiny button and save it after that. At the time of uploading, first submit the form for prescruitiny.
Form 1, 18, 32 for incorporation of new company does not require Prescrutiny.
Just click on Prescrutiny button once, save the form and upload the same.
can we file with old MOA or it should be filed with MOA by new role
1. Do the prescrutiny online.
2. No change required in MOA. But change the definition of Pvt co in AOA.

Please replace the defination of 'private company' with new one given in Section 2(68) of Companies Act 2013 has come into force w.e.f. 12.9.2013.
Main differences in the new definition are:
a) Maximum number of members has been increased from 50 to 200
b) The clause stating that 'the company prohibits any invitation or acceptance of deposits from persons other than its members, directors or their relatives' has been deleted in the new definition.
Also, Sec.4(1)(c) of the new Act provides for Object Clause of Memorandum of Association. It omits 'Other Objects'.
