Prescrutiny error occured while filing dir 5.

Dear All,he is 

I have been filing DIR 5 for a Director who holds more than one DIN, he is not apply more than one, by mistakenly DIN cell only allot more than one DIN, they issued two different DIN on receipt of DIN Application and DIN allotment Letter. Because this we are unable to file DIR KYC. We are directing to file DIR  to surrender oldest DIN. But error code occur.

"Oldest DIN is allowed to be retained"

Can anybody clarify.
