Preponed of CA FINAL Nov-11 Examination ?

the news of prepondment of ca final examination is right ?

I am CA final student (PCC passed in Nov-09) & my articleship will over in june-11.I hered that the CA FINAL student can appear in exam if their articleship will finish within six month of that examination month.Please help me out in this regards.......I am confused very much..........

Can i appear in MAY - 2011 examination.............
