Preparing consolidated financial statements

Hi,

We need to do the line by bline consolidation at schedules/ notes level. Format for the same is simple. E.g. if A is holding and B is subsi then 4 columns are required in BS, PL and notes. Column 1 for A, 2nd for B, 3rd for consol adjustments and 4th for Total. 

 First of all u need to put the FS of A and B as it is in this format. In adjustment column, all the elimination entries, goodwill/CR entry, reclass entry if any will come.

Separate working for all inter company transactions need to be prepared and then will be taken to main file.
