How should i prepare for law subject of ipcc for may 2010 exam???

plzzz help me

whether i should read m p vijay kumar book or compilation???

& can i use compilation for preparation of taxation subject instead of text book???

plzz guide me i am very depressed i am not in a position to complete the preparation.

plzz guide me how should i prepare for ipcc exam since we are running short of time.

Concentrate more on Case laws and case studies in law.

Regarding Buss. Communication do formatting chapters first and thouroughly as it comes for 15 marks and can fetch 12 marks at a strectch. Donot go for brief answers in Buss. communication donot waste time. If time permits just go through once. Infact devote only 10 minutes a day to go through all formats at a glance.

Regardsing Ethics do important chapters importantly like Corporate Governance, Ethics in accounting & finance and enviroment chapter.

MP Vijaykumar can be refferred for law it is good book.

DONOT refer compilation for tax.

And please donot get depressed its ok... Try to make any 1 group STRONG so that the chances of passing both groups becomes high.
