After 31st march 2018 all amount from 1/4/2018 to 30/10/2018 will be treated as prepaid .
prepaid amount will be 21,000*7/12 ie. Rs 12,250.
GST should not be considered in that since you can avail credit of the same if insurance in for business purpose. Refer ITC criteria in GST act... if you ITC is not available then prepaid amount should be calculated on gross amount including GST...
