Hi can anyone advise what are the registrations/licenses required by private limited company to provide commodity trading facility to customers..
Company is going to be newly incorporated...

There are no pre-requisite.
Only thing is your company gets license from MCX, Once it gets incorporated, to carry out commodity trading service.
