while filing the exam application, all required field are to be filled. I think you have not checked the all field before making payment. 

Now you can contact at onlineexamforms @ icai.in qoting your registration no, course details and nature of problem or call on 1800 419 2929. 

then you may try again through relogin. if it may not be correct on dashboard, then contact at above helpline.
