practice v/s job ----- somebody help

go for study and clear CA final in first attempt and  if u r thinking of practice first  join in well reputed partnership firm work there for some time, study the conditions,ups and downs in the firm and then establish a new firm on u r own.....(gather CA's who are having good knowledge and establish a partnership firm along with them)
