Practice query

Hi nisha, As ur result is awaited for II grp i would suggest u to start accounts first and then go for a theory subject of Ist grp(CA Final)...Hope this will help you

you can't practice your CA with out getting qualifed .....................

Most people does accounting and taxation work and they get the certification work from the qualifed CA.....

EX:  they prepare accounts and get the tax audit reprot from the qualified member...............so your answer lies in this ex...

Hi Nisha , U cant Start the Practice is a CA... You can Work for Accounts and Taxation but not as a CA...

Nisha.......You can start practicing as your wish.That helps you to get involve fully into accounts and taxation.But as you are not Qualifies you required Support of a professional........

I would suggest you to complete the couse and start doing the work as you wish.But If you are so confidend i wont discourage you.

i want to start accounting & taxation practice, not as CA, bt as an accountant or tax practitioner..

i want to ask that whether any qualification is required for practice as an tax practitioner,,,???

and whether municipality licence is required for this???

U cannot practice as a C.A howevr u can continue as an accountant but i suggest u to complete C.A First.... 

I think You Can Start Practice as a Accountant & Tax Practitioner as such no Technical qualification are required. but If you genuinely want to Complete CA............. You should Wait till Completion of CA.

Nisha!! there is no qualification requirement to get in practice, u can always start practice in both accounts & taxation. but u cannot attend a hearing at CIT, or CIT(A) level. As far as accounts is concer, u just cant be a auditor, which perhaps I dont need to explain as u must be aware of it.

Hi Nisha, I think you are talking about the tax return preparer (TRPs), which are authorised to make return for the individuals and company also.. Whether I am right or not??

If you want to become TRPs, you should go for the course of TRP.
