Both have advantage and disadvantage.........

but practice is much better than  job because in practice you can earn more, learn more and also creat a individual status, but in initial stage in practice you may be face some problem but after that it will be a great achivment.

PRACTICE......................no job because in practice u can earn more but u have to struggle for first 2 to 3 years but in case of job u have to struggle whole life and ur increament is limited as compare to practice if u get good no.s of client and u r ur own boss.....no reporting time no firing frm boss and all that stuffs so i can suggest PRACTICE....................

Never join service. Start independent pracitice. You will become Boss. You may give opportunity to others. Perhaps from initial stage, earing may be less. But in future it will increase. Take patience.Here is chance for your brain and skill.
