I have practice manual for nov 16 and my I am going to give my exam in May 16, whether nov 16 pm will be applicable for may 16 or not?

Yes it will be applicable however please go through supplementary study material and RTP issued by ICAI for May 2016..Since Nov 2016 amendments are not applicable for May 2016 exams..
