I am sure Institute will issue practice manual because the recent study materials released does not cover entire past examination questions.

Yes. As per a reply to my inquiry email to BoS, practice manual is clubbed along with the Study Material under new syllabus.
For addl questions I think we can refer previous practice manuals. The soft copy is available in the website.
