Practice: is it tough in today's scenario???

dear friends,

Need your comments for the subject Practice.

I actually had a eagerness to pursue Practice as an FCA.. However, due to various reasons i am in industry.

1. Salary attractive in industry

2. No Good Audit firm provided opportunity to me

3. No Good Salary package in Practice..

4. Client - Clients are not interesting in audit.  instead to complienace... and Tax evasion..

What do you say.... whether practice is good for a person from MIDDLE CLASS.
