Kartik make up your mind whether you want to open a partnership business or a propriertorship business.............

Open an office, print name plates, letter heads, visiting cards......

Maintain a good filing system of each client....

You can advertise yourself for the services you are going to provide....

NO..No..First find the clients, tell your friends and relatives that you are working in so and so field. Give them your card and start working as freelancer.At least for 6 months. Do some part time job with it. when you have sufficient clients, start practice.(officially).

Yes, agreed with Tarannum Madam....so far as organisation form is concerned LLP is best form to start practice....

Most cool way..... First write on a paper works that you will do and you can do....then make a price list for them Open just dial collect nos. Of all lawyers within your region Some of them will give you a work start for your office..maybe less fee but good experience and contacts
