if I was absent or got a D in the Practical training test then will my exam result be cancelled?

No not at all.
In Practical training test, there is nothing like fail. In Final Marks sheet, grade will be shown and it won't make any impact on your CA final result
If you hadn't appeared in the test, then in the final marks sheet it will be given as - Not Appeared
