Postal cc papers for finals is compulsory

I just received a mail from SIRC on my enquiry regarding submission of Postal papers for Finals. It was clarified by them that submission of CC papers is compulsory. And they sent me a reply mail with attached file. Just look into serial no 8 of the file as sent by SIRC

nopes... icai also stands for Institute of Cost Accountants of India. The link is only for IC(Cost)AI students and not for Chartered Accountancy students.
