Please provide me a list of businesses which are to be passed through postal ballot other than those given under Postal Ballot rules 2001. Eg : Delisting of shares from BSE/NSE giving exit oppurtunity for sharholders requires postal ballot exercise as per SEBI Delisting Regulations.
pls go through business which are required to be carried out at board meeting only ..all other bussinesses can be carried through postall ballot ...........others view solicited

With reference to my earlier query, please find the resolutions which are compulsorily required to be passed throgh Postal Ballot, apart from the ones required under Postal Ballot Rules 2001 (only for listed cos).
