1-Relaxation shud b done in d rules regarding transfers of articles bcoz a student want to get experiance in diff types of firms but they aren't able coz their principals do't let them do secondment.

2-reduction in articleship of PCC students by six months & reduce it to 3 yrs.

3-icai lectures shud b telecasted on DD national or any other free channel,Gyandarshan channel is not available easily everywhere.

In articlship...

Sahib; articles parr kripa karo and reduce articleship by 6 months s fast as possible; and revoke transfer ban in same city and make it 3 in same city. Previously it had no restriction

Friends, u all are requested to put forward ur demands here stating clearly the reasons for it.....

After receiving a considerable amount of replies, I will mail the link of this discussion to Mr. Amarjit Chopra so that he can also have a look at what changes the students want in the CA Course. I hope u all will put forward your views with justifiable arguments.....

Please relax the transfer norms within the city and don't implement e-diary scheme as it is practically not feasible for many students and will only add to the burden of students.

And please expedite the process of decreasing articleship period of pcc students from 3.5 years to 3 years

Friends, our efforts are paying off. It seems that the articleship period for students will be reduced in the near future. However, it is not clear how this reduction would be effected. Thanx friends, its all because of our unity & desire to fight against injustice that such steps are being taken. I'm sure that if we stay united in the same way, we would be able to convince the Institute on other matters as well...

Hoping Better results in your period sir,                   

i) No new scam should arise.....

ii) better studies and articleship for students....

iii) failing of efficient students and  suicide in part of students..... this may tends to false impression in the minds of parents, also they will not allow for CA....

Group system (group 1 and group 2)should be removed, make dis course litle flexible like other professional courses.Put restrictions on practice instead of reducing the result percentage

Please change the transfer rules

allow transfer without any restictions . Afterall restiction on transfer is against the fundamental right of students.

i would like to suggest this new council in two matters

1) reducton of Article Ship for PCC students from 3 1/2 to 3 years.

2) relaxation of Termination rules framed by Mr.UPA EX like 3 times termination in the article ship tennure
