Can you please suggest me regarding any post qualification courses conducted by ICAI institute which I can do now along with CA final studies.

post qualification means after having qualified ca final..after ca final institute provides various courses..but along with ca final ICAI do not provide any course.☺
please check icai.org
but ICAI(CMA) conducts certain short duration courses which , students can pursue. you may go through the web site of icwai for further informatiin, thanks and regards
