Post incorporation compliances

Dear experts,

I have recently incorporated a private limited co. having paid up capital Rs 10 lakhs. Now I would like to know all post incorporation matters to be fulfilled soon after incorporation.

appointment of auditor to be done within 30 days
Allotment of shares : Within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of receipt of the application money
delivery of shares certificate Within 2 (Two) months from the date of Incorporation
The First meeting of the Board of Directors of a Private Limited Company shall be conducted within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of Incorporation of company. Further, minimum 4 (Four) Board Meetings shall be held in a calendar year and the gap between two meetings should not be more than 120 (One hundred twenty) days. Company should hold at least 1 (one) Board Meeting every quarter of calendar year
payment of stamp duty on share certificate
since you have mentioned your company is Incorporated recently annual filings need to be done
form dir-8 and mbp-1 to be filled by director and placed in 1st meeting

Incorporation of Private Limited Company Procedure under Companies Act 2013 

as it is a recently incorporated company; what annual filing needs to be done?
