I have recently incorporated a private limited co. having paid up capital Rs 10 lakhs. Now I would like to know all post incorporation matters to be fulfilled soon after incorporation.

appointment of auditor to be done within 30 days

Allotment of shares : Within 60 (Sixty) days from the date
of receipt of the application money

The First meeting of the Board of
Directors of a Private Limited Company shall be conducted within
30 (Thirty) days from the date of Incorporation of company. Further,
minimum 4 (Four) Board Meetings
shall be held in a calendar year and
the gap between two meetings
should not be more than 120 (One hundred twenty) days. Company
should hold at least 1 (one) Board
Meeting every quarter of calendar
year

since you have mentioned your company is Incorporated recently annual filings need to be done
