Yes I am too facing the same issue since 27th March. I tried clearing cache, tried with different browsers, tried on laptop as well as phone but facing the same issue. Unable to move past the last page where the total amount is shown.  The continue button does not do anything. I have also dropped an email to incometax department for the same but no response since 4 days.

Thank you everyone for the suggestions. I found the reason for the issue. 

It seems that now all fields in Form 26QC is mandatory, even those that is not marked star.  I was not filling the post office name, and district in the address. Earlier these were not required. But now it does. Once I filled in the post office name and district, it worked. 

I thought the city name, state and PIN should suffice and it worked until now.
