Hello firends,

i have one problem i was an employee in my previous company, there they duducted my total TDS is 7000 from april to october.

now recently i have joined new company they are ready adjust this TDS but they are asking that is there any option for filling already deducted TDS in e-filling please help me.

The new company does not have to file TDS returns for the TDS deducted by your previous company. You may show them form 16 of the previous company and accordingly adjust the TDS deduction from the current salary.
