Please tell me how to deal with point 22 of form 3cd?
In cenvat credit available during the year on inputs, only input from purchases will be taken??
some entries in tallyERP through purchases voucher and some are passed through journal vouchers.
I am confused whether entries passed through journal vouchers should also be taken?

Cenvat credit is allowable on unpiad input services only and only when the unpaid services have been paid within 3 months from the date of taking the cenvat credit.If the ame remains unpaid as such then the credit already taken will be reversed . However, the same shall be eligible if the paymt is made afterwards
Suppose the entry passed in Journal is
Excise Basic Dr 10
Excise EC Dr 2
Excise SHC Dr 1
To Party 13
Should I take excise?
