you can't take transfer in the last year of your articleship training............... as per recent rules of ICAI............

I suggest that if you are a CA, article or an accountant, you should write to regentan1 @ yahoo.in for a free career advise. You may also get training and placement facility if you are selected. Experience is not required. Good luck

if institute give permision to change your articalship only than you can chang it other wise not and
u can also opt for industrial training......

As per present rules during the first 6 months and last 1 yr u cannot take transfer from your firm...however u can opt for industrial training and for that also minimum9 months of your articleship must be pending...

Transfer is not completely banned..

You will have to take the prior permission by Applying to the Institute for taking the Transfer..

The reason for transfer should be valid.

It takes around 2 months to receive the letter from Institute to know if your Application has been accepted / rejected.

Or you can opt for Industrial training for which no prior Approval is required.

If you Genuinly are getting transferred somewhere and you require transfer, than go for permission from the Institute. Institute on getting satisfied about the validity of the reasons for your transfer MAY grant you the permission for transfer..... If you are true and your reasons are valid than I think there should not be any problem...
