Yes you are right for form 24AA under section 299 the due date is last month of the Financial Year i.e. upto 31st of March every year.

Further, disclosure under section 274(1)(g) does not required in private company and that rules too apply only to Public Companies.

Hi..

Ankur is right  Section 274(1)(g) does not apply on Private Companies, but apply on a Private Company which is the Subsy of Public Company.

I, also want to add further if the Articles of  Private company contain any disqualification specified in Section 274 then u have to comply with those.
